Are you solely focused on the “What”/”How much” OR HOW, when it comes to sales planning and achievement?

Most cases when the focus is more on the WHAT (Numbers) we are going to achieve as compared to HOW we are going to achieve that numbers, their will always be sudden last minute shocks that we may have to face.

As a sales head, sales manager, or team lead, it’s essential to focus not only on the end goal but also on the concrete plan of how to achieve it.

Breaking down a bigger sales target into smaller weekly and daily targets can help your team members achieve their goals more efficiently.

It’s crucial to focus on the “How” of the sales achievement, which includes the strategies, tactics, and action steps necessary to reach the desired outcome.

Creating a SMART plan will also help to keep measuring the progress against the desired outcome and incorporate any course corrections that might be required.

This approach ensures that your team members are working on achievable tasks that contribute to the overall success of the company.

Remember, it’s not just about hitting the numbers; it’s about having a solid plan and executing it effectively.
